We Finished the battle of Ghazzan last night. A crushing victory for Gudrupee the Malik of Fob. The more regular Frankish troops where routed or slaughtered defending the hill whilst their less martial element looked on from the gardens, vineyards and orchards below. After the battle, every harem slave merchant within 200 miles licked his lips - "Which one girl with beard?".
Here are some shots of the battles conclusion.

Great looking game James. The figures are very nice indeed.
Fantastic as usual!
Christopher
Indeed simply stunning
Looks great, James. Could you discuss the various markers you're using in the game that display unit ratings, status, etc?
Peter
Hi Peter,
Stones on 'terrained' coins = casualty markers.
Tufts on 'terrained' coins = vexed (OOC) markers.
Plain 'terrained' coins = unloaded markers.
Cards with helmets = Leadership rating.
Cards with trees = terrain classification.
Small (Christmas cracker) playing cards = objective value.
Card stands are 'table seating' card holders available quite cheaply in various colours.
I get to choose the family Christmas crackers and I choose them for useful 'gifts' such as cards, tiddly winks, etc. (and I cheat, I check 'em for what I want before I put them out at the table). No one but me, it seems, ever cares about the contents.
James
